Permanently remove your account and all associated data
How to delete your account:
Open the Remindful app and log in to your account.
Navigate to Profile (bottom navigation bar).
Scroll down to the "Account" section.
Tap "Delete Account".
Type DELETE in the confirmation field to confirm.
Tap "Delete My Account" to proceed.
What data is deleted:
All saved items (links, notes, media, PDFs)
All voice notes and transcriptions
All saved locations and places
All collections and their content
All labels and tags
All reminders and settings
All AI-generated summaries and reviews
All usage data and analytics
Your profile and account information
Retention period:
Upon account deletion, all your personal data is deleted immediately. Any residual backup copies are purged within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.
Important notes:
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
Shared collections you own will no longer be accessible to other users after deletion.
Delete Specific Data
Remove some of your data without deleting your account
Self-service options (in the app):
Delete individual items: Open any saved item, tap the menu (⋯), and select "Delete."
Delete collections: Go to Collections, long-press or swipe on any collection, and select "Delete."
Delete labels: Go to Profile → Manage Labels, and delete individual labels.
Delete reminders: Open any item and remove its reminder date.
Bulk delete items: In Collections, use the selection mode to select and delete multiple items at once.
